My time at The Medicine is You was extremely beneficial and the perfect place for healing. My faciliator/mentors were absolutely amazing... very attentive, interactive, and a wealth of knowledge. We focused on daily meditations, physical activities, positive life skills and habits, all while integrating different forms of plant medicine into the program. The center is incredibly beautiful and peaceful and I will forever be grateful for my experience here.

However, the team of guides, medicine men and women, and support staff is really what makes this place so special. Everyone genuinely cares about you and your personal growth. Medicinal ceremonies are provided with loving support and the highest respect to the medicine. You will leave here with a newfound and beautiful perspective on your own reality.

Great place to experience a traditional temazcal ceremony. Beto, Mark and Andreas were wonderful hosts, explaining the blessings and chants and what to expect during the cermony. Highly recommend.
